I am a Family Law Solicitor at KJ Smith Solicitors in Guildford, helping clients navigate divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and injunctive matters with practical advice and genuine care.

My path to family law has been shaped by a genuine commitment to helping people at their most vulnerable. I studied International Law (LLB) at the University of Kent, including a year at Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada, where I volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, supporting individuals representing themselves in the Canadian Family Law Courts. That experience gave me an early and real understanding of what’s at stake for people going through family legal proceedings without support.

I trained and qualified at KJ Smith, building experience across the full spectrum of family law – divorce, finances, child arrangements, and injunctions as well as gaining broader exposure to Private Client law during my training which included helping clients through probate, preparing Wills and LPA’s.

I believe that resolving family disputes doesn’t have to mean drawn-out conflict. I’m committed to finding constructive, cost-effective solutions while making sure every client feels heard, supported, and clearly advised at every stage.
