Before becoming a coach, I spent close to 30 years in business, holding senior roles in finance, strategy, transformation and general management. Much of my  career was with Schlumberger, where I led businesses and teams across several international markets. My coaching is therefore grounded in practical experience of managing people, delivering results, making difficult decisions and leading businesses through periods of growth and change.

Today, I am particularly interested in working with owners and senior leaders of small and medium-sized businesses who value having an independent and experienced sounding board. Conversations typically focus on growing the business and the questions that accompany growth — setting priorities, developing the leadership team, creating greater ownership and accountability, navigating change, and ensuring that the organisation evolves as the business grows.

Based in Surrey, I work with both local businesses and larger organisations, bringing together my experience as a business leader with almost a decade of coaching.
