Paul Bridgland

I’ve spent most of my career in Sales and Marketing, mainly in the media sector. My previous business, Creation Station, pioneered multimedia computer graphics back when most people were still using slides! We specialised in designing and producing speaker-support material for the financial investment sector, as well as organising medium and large-scale presentations and events around the world. I sold Creation Station in 2000.

CONNECT SOUTH Connect Surrey started in 2014 and has grown into a network of four local business groups across Surrey. More recently, we’ve expanded into Hampshire, with our first group now meeting in Winchester – and there’s more to come!

Our philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. We’re focused on creating a small number of well-attended groups filled with credible, friendly and likeable people. In short, networking for grown-ups! No stuffy titles, no silly rules and, above all, no pressure to refer business.

We don’t start ridiculously early, we don’t meet every week, and we’re happy to have more than one business or profession represented in each group. Our meetings are relaxed, friendly and fun – and, most importantly, a lot of business gets done!
